Meet the Chance Chiropractic Center Team

Jen Chance
Jennifer Chance- Office Manager and Insurance Supervisor

After returning to Gainesville in 1990 from Georgia Southern University, I began working at the Chance Chiropractic Center as a part-time Chiropractic Assistant. Not knowing how much I would love it, I realized immediately that helping family and patients in need would be as doubly rewarding as any career I could possibly choose. I am truly blessed to work with the doctors in our practice. I do not say this because I am family, I say it because I see every day how much our doctors improve the quality of many people’s lives. They provide exceptional treatment with a personal touch. My job is to work with patients to help them get insurance reimbursement, enabling them to afford treatment and get the Chiropractic care they need.

Dr. Chance Asks some important questions of interest to Gainesville residents - Chiropractor Gainesville Dr. Chance Asks...

How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Gainesville encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
