Healthy Weight Loss

healthy weight loss

We care about your health and know many of you are concerned about your weight. Unfortunately, many of the diet programs available today are not healthy. These diet programs often use stimulants and do not promote healthy eating. They also often don’t get at the core issues of weight problems – slow thyroid affecting metabolism, sugar handling problems and adrenal fatigue that cause cortisol imbalances.

We’re starting a new weight loss program that is healthy, holistic and unique. It involves a multidisciplinary approach, which will include nutritional counseling, a Chiropractic NET session to remove emotional blocks and testing to uncover thyroid, adrenal, pancreas and liver problems. Participants will also get three sessions
of Acupuncture to assist with appetite suppression.

The program includes:
  1. Goal setting with an Intake Counselor
  2. Body Fat Analysis and Symptom Survey review
  3. Doctor testing for emotional triggers preventing weight loss
  4. Doctors CRA testing for thyroid, adrenal, sugar handling and yeast imbalances preventing weight loss
  5. Acupuncture – 3 sessions for appetite suppression
  6. Follow up session with Intake Counselor

Dr. Chance Asks some important questions of interest to Gainesville residents - Chiropractor Gainesville Dr. Chance Asks...

How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Gainesville encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
